Academic Cell
The Academic Cell in an AICTE-approved polytechnic college is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the teaching of common subjects for first-year diploma students of different branches. These subjects include Mathematics, Applied Science, Engineering Drawing, Communication Skills, and Basic Engineering courses. The cell ensures uniform implementation of the curriculum as prescribed by the State Board/AICTE, effective timetable management, continuous internal assessment, and adherence to academic regulations. It also facilitates faculty coordination and supports students in building a strong foundation for technical education..
