I am glad to see you are interested to learn more about our department: Over last few years , we have grown our expertise and competence in core computer engineering curriculum. The primary focus of curriculum is to impact technical know how to students, promote this problem solving skills and innovation of new technologies. Our dept. has a distinguished record in both teaching and research. Faculty members have excellent academic credentials. Our dept. looks forward to contributing to solving the technological challenges of society with active participation from all sections of society.
COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING
Department of computer science was established in 1986. The Department has procured latest equipments under World Bank Tech Ed. Ill Project. Its prime concern is to impart training to the students of Diploma in information technology and other disciplines. The Department is being looked after by Er. Shabir Ahmad. The Department is fully networked, and is presently having RF link of 128 Kbps from Software Technology Park of India, Srinagar. The Department has latest versions of Application and system Software. The Department is also conducting various short-term courses from time to time.
